what form do i have to get boyfriend to sign to take his name from morgage as he has never worked or contributed to the morgage and he has agreed to sign the form

hi,

there's no such form that you can get your boyfriend to sign to take his name off the loan. you need to do a refinance in order to do so. if you can refinance solely in your name, you can get your boyfriend's name off the existing loan.

you need to refinance loan in your name . it will automatically remove your boy friend's name from mortgage
