Please, help me find good real estate attorney who would review my loan modification agreement for a small fee
based on your 19 carefully chosen words in your post, it's virtually impossible for anyone here to help you.
we don't know where you are, for one thing. a local lawyer in whom you can have trust is clearly the easiest.
a "small fee" is anybody's guess in terms of figuring out what you mean...is it $10? $100? $1000? $2500? we don't know "small" as defined in your head.
truly, you ought to discuss this with friends, coworkers, family, clergy, to see if you can get a good reference for a lawyer local to you.

I am in Tempe, Az. My family, friends, coworkers and clergy couldn't help me with finding good real estate attorney. I was hoping that someone who reads these posts may have gone thorough loan modiftcation and had attorney review his file for a small fee, in opose to hiring attorney to handle entire loan modification process.
thanks for the clarification ika.
here's a link to a law firm in tennessee: http://www.rmcmitigation.com/
i met with one of their lawyers a couple of weeks ago at a seminar i attended, and i received some good vibes from him. i'm a major skeptic about these firms, but this is a law firm and they have moderate prices in comparison to what i've read about in forums here.
it may be well worth your phone call at the least to see if they can be of assistance.
and this is not a promotion of them by me, nor do i endorse their work. i've never seen their work firsthand, and my mentioning them is only the result of my having had the opportunity to speak to the attorney and learn that he's not just spouting off, but that there's some substance there.

George,
Thank you for the good words. We are always fighting against the bad stigma surrounding "MODIFICATION". We handle just about every type of case and have been very successful in helping home owners save their homes. The key to helping homeowners is knowing the Law and our clients rights. We use the Law very effectively and in some cases overturned foreclosures.
Thanks Again

Let me update everyone on that earlier post about the Tennessee law firm. I have since been advised that they have reneged on deals with borrowers, taken money from people in advance without performing at all, and their lovely presentation back in the month of January was just that: a presentation.
I will go on the record as specifically advising borrowers NOT to seek out their assistance. Again the firm is RMC Mitigation - don't waste your time and money.
