can i get a loan mod for my house the loan is ni my xhusband to be .i think iam on one part of the loan ..iam on the deed what can i do

If your name is mentioned on the mortgage docs along with your husband, then both of you will have to apply for a mortgage modification so that it becomes easier for both of you to pay off the loan.

I agree with Sussane! If you're on the loan, then you can contact your lender and apply for a loan modification. However, the lender will accept your request for a loan modification only when he is convinced about your financial hardship.
