will I be qualified for loan modification based on my income

my monthly income is $4512 and my principle is $294000. Will I be qualified for the HAMP or house affordable program?
It is not just yoru incoem and how much you owe on the house. Lot of other items are also play here. Like your other debt and commitments

The lender is the best one who can decide this

In order to qualify for the Home Affordable Modification program, the borrowers must currently have a monthly housing expense-to-income ratio greater than 31% of their gross monthly income. You should contact your lender for this program and he would let you know whether or not you qualify for the program.
