How can I locate a tenant who has moved without paying last months rent? I have social and DL#.
Hopefully you collected a security deposit up front. If you have the name, SS and DL# you can go to the police and file a report. This person essentially stole from you. You can also report the data to the credit agencies however I am not sure if they will accept you as a credible source.
are you aware of any of your tenant's family, friends, hangouts, etc? that's where you may find the person.

You can turn the debt over to a collection agency and probably they will go after that person and if they do nto get paid, then they will report it to the credit agencies.
