What can i do to lower house payments ? Im at the end of my rope... What can i do ? Is there someone who would be willing to help me ? (909) 422-1978
hi scroggins ,

welcome to mortgage fit,

according to me, you should ask your lender for modification and if he is reluctant then you can shop for it....basically if you have enough equity in the house then only it could be possible to modify the mortgage with lower payments because i don't think you have any verifiable income proof....

so if you are unable to refinance then i will advice you to stay in rental property with much lower payments may be $ 500 could be enough....

feel free to ask any further query if you have.........

applying for assistance for food is tricky, there is a fine line you could always appeal stating you are on a fixed income. If you have other debt monthly like lots of medical bills that may help you fight for food assistance.

A loan modification would certainly help you if you want to learn more information please visit: "http://blog.freehampreport.com"
