I have listed my property in MLS for the past one month now. I have received a very few offers but the offers have been positive. My real estate agent wants me to lower the property price. What should I do? Should I resist lowering the price?
Hi berry,
Though you have hired a real estate agent, it will be your discretion as to whether or not you want to increase the price of the property. If you're getting better offer in the price that you have quoted, then you should stick to it.
Take care

Hi berry,
As it is your property, the decision will be solely yours as to whether or not you want to decrease the price of the property.
Thanks
