hi , can someone please help . my dad passon and he left the house to me after the house was under my name and i refinace the house madicaid put a lien on it . Can they do that.
i would imagine they can, since your dad undoubtedly benefited from the medicaid. your best bet, for legal questions, is to ask an attorney, though.
