I have a home loan with wells fargo . i have been on a trial period for almost a yr . because my husband is on unemployment and we needed to paystubs .Last mo. i had a really big utility bill that was a shut off bill. so i paid it and not my mortgage . now they have told me to resubmit all info to see if they can still help me. and then also told me they couldnt take my sept payment . i'm worried they are going to forclose .please help . thank you

Just behind on a single mortgage payment lender is not going to go for foreclosure immediately.I think you can discuss this with your lender and resolve the issue.
