I have a mobile home in a park and I have a title for it. I have a mortgage with vanderbilt mortgage . I bought home in 2003 and tried to sell thought i had a seller in 2008 deal fell through .I bought another houst it and the money i get has never covered total costs 330 every month I pay out of pocket plus 840 a year insurance.
My renter is moving in January so there is no way to make payments on 2 houses.

a deed in lieu of foreclosure is possible with a mobile home. you should contact your lender and inform him about your financial situation and request for a deed in lieu of foreclosure. if the lender agrees to it, you'll be able to get rid of the property.
