My son wants to buy a repo,Moble home.There are 4 months of back lot rent owed to moble home park owner.

As far as I know, in most cases, if you purchase a repossessed mobile home, you'll have to purchase it "as is". The term "as is" means that you purchase the home in whatever condition it is and that you as a buyer are responsible to pay the back taxes and the overdue lot rent. Thus, your son would be liable to pay the back rent.

Buyer will be answerable. but you can negotiate it with seller or ask him to take care of taxes & overdues before signing a deed
