mobile home

About eight years ago... I signed with my daughter for a mobile home. Since that time, she and her husband have separated, she lives in my house with three children, and I am left with the mobile home payment and trying to rent the home to recoup some monies... Yuk... very difficult. To shorten the story, I simply cannot continue to pay for this mobile home as I pay for the home that i live in as well as the home my daughter and her children live in. What happens if I just tell the financier (greentree) to come and get this trailer?
Hi ferfeysmom,

The lender will foreclose the trailer and sell it off in order to recover the dues. Your daughter and her kids will have to leave the property. Moreover, the person whose name is mentioned on the mortgage docs will face negative affects due to this and his or her credit score will get reduced by around 250 points.

Thanks
