I own an older mobilehome. I owe about $30K more than what is worth. My space rent is just about the same as my mortgage payment, and it increases 5% per year. I have it listed for sell, but there is no way that it will sell. I am engaged, but I want to either sell my place or something before I get married. I don't want to rent it, because it's an older mobilehome and I don't want the hassle of anyone destroying what is left. It's not really worth repairing. What do you think?
Welcome Tina,
You have taken the right step by listing the mobile home in the market for sale. Though it is taking time, it'll help you in getting buyers for your property. You can lower the sale price of the property and list it once again to check out if you can get buyers for the property. You can even contact a real estate broker and take his help to sell off the property.
