I already done loan modification for our house,And i have not pay for house from last couple of month because of financial issue.
But i have really need car so my planning is to buy new car.
But this loan modification might be affect my credit to buy car on loan .
So please suggest me what can I need to do???

Forget the new car and get your mortgage in order.

I also agree with you, aksh you must have pay your pending dues of loan & still don't think about new car. Its impossible in this condition. It will unstable you credit history,so follow to eric.

dude get real. dont add to existing debts. and if you are having financial problems, try approaching refinance companies and see if you can convince any of them to offer you a plan that'll allow you to shell out a relatively lower amount every month for your refinanced loan.
