helpl hellp Loan Modification Broken

Posted on: 08th Oct, 2009 03:57 pm
Here are the details i was approved in August for the trial payment plan and per rep my payments were due on the 13 of sept, oct and nov.
when i recieve the packet my payment date was changed to the 1st and i was not notified after strugging to change the date i was told if no payment recieved the plan would break i made the payment and dealt with no money for a wk or so. after the first issue i scheduled the payment for oct and nov over the phone to reduce any drama if payment was not recieved. after calling to ck on my plan i was told that the date was changed and a new plan packets was being sent to me with payments begining on nov, dec and jan. sept payment would be applied to nov.
i confirm if scheduled payments were deleted and they said yes.
suprise suprise they deducted oct payment and i place a stop payment.
becuase of the stop payment the computer took me off the plan
i called rep and was told i had to request a re instatement to the plan and because how everything went i would be highly likely to get reinstated but of course i would not know till monday, i called again and spoke to a nice rep who send a email to my negoigiater and explain the situtation and also send an email to the escalation department to get issued resolve asap.
has anyone out there gone through this???? If so what happened????
Hi Guest,

It is quite surprising that though your lender agreed to change the payment dates, he still deducted money from your account on an earlier date. As the issue has been emailed to the escalation department, I think you may get some kind of solution. However, you'll have to be patient enough and wait till Monday to know about your loan modification.

Thanks
