Im trying to get a loan mod through my bank which has my mortgage loan with them. I sent a hardship letter and they declined my request as im still current on my payments but soon will not afford the payments anymore as my husband will be losing his job.
Hi esantos, Well ive heard this situation alot now. A hardship letter is good but you being current on your mortgage payment and they will probally not give you a loan mod as they usually work with people who are already behind on there mortgage.
Try some other option to complete your mortgage....
