HOw much loss should i show on my loan mod?

Posted on: 15th Dec, 2009 09:22 pm
I've submitted the docs 3 months ago and now theyve asked for more paper work...how much loss is a "good" loss to guarantee an approval for the loan modification? Would a loss of 1,200 a month be too much?
You should disclose the amount of loss to the lender that you've actually gone through. You can also provide the lender with proofs of the losses that you've incurred which has resulted in your financial crisis. This will help the lender understand your financial situation and there would be better chances for you to receive a loan modification.
