due to health conditions i can now only work part time and when my son turned 16 i lost my widow's benefits which was half my income. i am now 56 with a dependant child and can only work 3 days a week at $9.50 per hr. i am not behind yet on my mtg but barely making ends meet. called wells fargo to ask about loan modification loan because i am in the red every mth except for my mtg. i also fall between the cracks and cannot even afford med ins or food stamps need assistance somewhere! any ideas? JT
