i separated from my husband, he modified the mortgage loan, i was granted the house in the divorce, only his name is on the loan modification--they will not talk to me because my name is not on the loan. i will be the one living in the house now that the divorce is final. he has messed up the credit with a truck thats in both our names. however, the court order him 90 days to refinance or sell the truck because the payments are always late causing my credit to be bad aand not able to refinance the mortgage. i have been turned down twice on refinancing the home because of my credit score. is there any loan service out there that would help me refinance or remodify my mortgage loan? please help don't want to foreclose!

You have mentioned that you've a bad credit score. In such a situation, you won't be able to refinance your loan. As far as loan modification is concerned, you should have your name on the mortgage docs. Unless your name is mentioned on the mortgage docs, the lender won't let you modify the loan.
