i already taken mortage loan but now some companies has offer me less interest rate than my current.
can I change my mortage loan to different company?
If possible how?

If not possible then how i can modify my mortage loan?
please tell me how?

hi aksh,

you can refinance the loan with another mortgage company in order to take advantage of the lower rates in the market. however, getting a mortgage will depend upon your income, credit score and equity in the property.

hi! i agree with jameshogg. u can opt for refinancing your mortgage loan if they offer u agreeable rates and emi options.

If this company has refinancing facilities, then you should surely shift after checking the rates they offer and your expected EMI.
