I received a notice of motion where a motion to lift stay, motion to vacate judicial sale and motion to vacate judgment of foreclosure will be presented before the judge presiding
Hi alcoyespana!

Welcome to forums!

As far as I can understand, you will be able to stay in the property unless the foreclosure is over. Once the foreclosure is over, you will be receiving an eviction notice from your lender which will mention the time period to leave the property. You will have to leave the property within that time period.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Having received those notice, I know that you have an idea why it was given to you, settle those issues unless you want to leave your property.
