I had no move in inspection. Now when I am moving out of the property, My landlord is now conducting a move out inspection. He is asking me to replace most of the things or he won’t pay the deposit money! What can I do now?
Well, that's really shocking!
Do you have taken some pics of the property when you moved in? If yes, and if there is not much difference in the property then and now, then he shouldn't ask you to replace the things. Show the pics to the landlord and ask him to consider the matter. Negotiate with him in this regard!

Hi Guest,
You can try filing a case at the small claims court in order to get back your rental deposit. However, you will have to prove your point of view at the court.
Thanks
