We returned our home to bank while we were in bankruptcy. Now, though we are discharged, our name still appears on the property. How do we change this?
You will have to ask the lender to sell off the property ASAP so that you can transfer it to the new buyers and remove your name from the property deed.
Hi Guest,
I agree with what Niicss has said. Unless the lender sells off the property, it will be difficult for you to remove your name from the property deed.

You need to talk to your lender about this matter. Request him to sell off your property as soon as he can. Thus, your name will get removed from the property deed.
