My name is on the deed and mortgage but not the note?? Help

The home is in Florida and my name is on the mortgage and deed but I am not on the note. I lived with my ex for 10 years and we broke up. Now she informs me that I WILL take my name off her home. It appears the home is financed way beyond its value and until 2036! She is not willing to work with me. What can I do for my best interest in this matter?
deed your interest to her would be a good idea if there is no equity.
