Can I use a power of attorney to get my husand off of our mortgage and loan

I have full power of attorney for my husband. We have 2 houses, I want to take his name off of the rental and then take my name off of our personal residence. Can i use the power of attorney
of course not. what you suggest isn't kosher, and may in fact be regarded as fraudulent.

do you have a good reason for taking him off?

ok...sorry for my harshness in the reply. i'd consider it prudent to consult with an attorney to make sure you can proceed with your plans.
