I am an agent and have an acceptance from the first lien holder to close a property. The second lien holder GMAC will not return calls or faxes.
How do we procede? How can I move forward to close this sale???

You will not be able to proceed with the sales if you do not get in touch with the second lender. You should keep in contact the lender in order to get in touch with them in order to close the deal. If the lender does not reply to the calls, you need to contact an attorney and he may let you know what steps you can take in this regard.
