Hello there... I need to know if there are any loan modification programs available in the market for non-Fannie Mae or non-Freddie Mac loans?

Well, any government loan modification programs may not be available but lender specific mortgage relief options might be available.

I agree with Jerry. It should be noted here that for non-Fannie Mae or non-Freddie Mac loans, no government loan modification options are available.

Well, there is actually no loan modification programs in case of non-Fannie Mae or non-Freddie Mac loans.
