in form 1003(see attach) I pay -over $2488 in funding fee mip, HUD answer, about this loan>
UFMIP of $2,900.63 was financed in your loan, it was received/collected, and was used to insure your loan. We have not received any monthly premiums. A refund is not due the homeowner on this insured case.(of course only one payment receive) If your lender closed your loan and if they made a mistake, they are responsible for correcting the error and for contacting HUD.
Under HUs Mutual Mortgage Insurance (MMI) Fund, you were required to paid UFMIP of $2,900.63 (received) and a monthly MIP of $68.64 (not received). This is located in Mortgagee Letter 91-26. HUD received $2,900.63 from the lender. We did not receive $2,488 (the extra cost include in 1003 form) Since we did not receive these funds,(this is the one I reclaim$2488 funding fee mip form 1003) the loan is not overpaid.(LENDER SEND ONLY ONE PAYMENT,WHERE ARE THE OTHER??) If the loan was overpaid a refund would be due the lender,,LENDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!wcs lending on the lose, hiding!!!!!!

well, i believe i understand it for the most part now, but i can't say that what you've given us is suitable for any responses from this group. you'll need to wait on the lending institution and then move on to, as you noted, a consumer protection agency. i doubt the bbb will be much help, but you can try. the first line of defense is the agency that oversees the lender - this information should be contained in the variety of disclosures they gave you initially.
if they owe you $2488, they certainly ought to pony up.
