I had a home in another state , I had moved from. I currently live in AZ, and the home is in Ohio. The house was sold and a remaining balance of $14,861.90 was levied against me in as a deficiency judgment.
I don't live in that state not longer , however I do have another home in Ohio that I am Trying to sell what can be done. Can a lien be put against the other house. Since I no longer reside in that state do I have to
pay.

Hi slee,
The lender can place a lien in the other property that you have in Ohio in order to recover the dues. Though you don't live in that state, you're liable for paying the balance dues.
