When is it Thirty Days late on a mortgage?

Posted on: 14th Jul, 2009 12:58 pm
if a mortage due on June 1 is paid on June 30th before the bank's cutover at 2 PM will that be considered 30 days late for credit bureau reporting purposes?
You should not be considered late pending your payment was received prior to that deadline. However, if the monies did not clear before the 1st of the following month, you may face a 30 day late on your credit. I hope this helps...

Probably this may nto show up on your credit report, but they would charge you some penalty for late payment
