i have received a possession order and was unaware of a court hearing as i set up an arrangment with the mortgage company for repayments
Hi rosedaleresidentialhome,
If you've already set up a repayment agreement with your lender, then the lender should not have sent you the notice for repossession. You should contact your lender and ask him to clarify the matter. If there has been any misunderstanding, then he will clear it and withdraw the repossession notice.
Thanks
