we had a short sale with late payments about a year ago. We have owned several homes with this being the first time
that we had a foreclosure. My husband has been on his job for over thirty three years and I have been in the same line of work for twenty five years. I am retiring soon with lifetime pension and social security. We want to purchase a home again before my husband retires. Al obligations are current and there are no other negatives on our credit except short sale. There must be some way! I am sixty five but my husband is only sixty. Thank you.

If the short sale was over a year ago and you have re-establish credit since then, you can qualify for a new loan. I could give you a FREE quote and consultation and see if there is anything I can do to help you and your family.
