BEEN TURNED DOWN FOR LOAN MOD THU LITTON BECAUSE I MAKE TO MUCH MONEY AND I'm CURRENT I HAVE AN ARM WHICH IS AT 9% COULD I STILL QAULIFIY FOR LOAN MOD
dhhank, since you are current on the mortgage, why not seek out another lender who might be able to refinance the existing loan? is it due to declining values, perhaps? your income would certainly be a benefit in trying to refinance.
