Hello everyone! I am in need of help. The lender changed my rate of interest before the closing day. Can they do so?
Hi Guest,
If there is a rate lock, then the lender has no rights to change the interest rate before the closing.
Take care

Welcome Guest,
If the rate lock had expired before the closing, then the lender can change the interest rate according to the rates available in the market.
