How to recover payments for goods delivered

Posted on: 10th May, 2010 09:26 pm
If a company had bought something from us and had made payments for previous shipments and the last shipment no payments was made. We wrote to them and they promise to pay but no payments was made to us. What shall I do as it concerns quite a large amount of money. Can we freeze his assets, compan and properties? Thanks
Hi binatrans,

You can file a lawsuit against the company and get a judgment against them. Then you would be able to place a lien on the company's assets. I would suggest you to contact an attorney and he would guide you in taking the right steps.

Thanks
