Homes and Apartments. 18 mortgages total, all 30 year 7% or less fixed. Excellent credit, current on payments. All I want to do is refi all mortgages to a 15 or 20 year, with NO cash out. Every bank has said NO NO NO! because of the fanny freddie 4 loan limit. Any help would be appreciated
We might have a solution for you. In what states are the properties located?
Alcova,
Why don't you read when the posts were made so you don't respond to something several months old.

As far as I can tell the original poster has not yet found a solution. Doesn't seem to be harmful to offer to help.
For the first "Guest" who was critical of Alcova's efforts to help:
Please have something concrete that is beneficial to the discussion at hand; criticism of another's effort isn't much of a help to any of us.
For Alcova...I don't think you were out of line; the original post came in February; you're new around here, obviously; and responding a few months later isn't a bad thing at all, particularly since, as you noted, it's not clear that the original request had been responded to favorably.
Don't let naysayers discourage you from adding your two cents. If there's anything of benefit you can add, it might just help someone completely different who's simply monitoring posts.

Belatedly, I took note of the fact that Emnicolaus hasn't been back since that original post - at least not actively.
Maybe he/she found a solution after all.

Thanks Mr. Akerley . I am really happy that you take time to advise people to avoid criticism and give a positive feedback.
