myself and my brother name has on mortage but i wanna to remove his name from mortage because he is unable pay payment.
so can i remove through refinance??
but in refinance rate will be raise says some lendger.

Welcome to our forum.
As you say you have to remove your brothers name from mortgage so you can refinance mortgage as well as you can buy his property share & you will pay for it by signing Quite claim Deed. You have to inform your lender before doing anything.
You have to get latest rates updates from your nearest center.
