I sent a wire to Nationstar mortgage co. This was the intire amount I owed now they want to reposes my home. Is there anything I can do.
Welcome Jacobi,
It you paid off your dues in full, then the lender cannot come after your property. You must have the required documents related to the payment of the dues. You will have to show those documents to Nationstar mortgage company and ask them to stop taking any actions against you. You can even contact an attorney and take his help in this matter.

Perhaps you only think you have paid off the mortgage? I would get a pay off statement from the lender. You can always go to the court house and try to schedule to get in front of the judge to dispute the lender's claim. You can also hire an attorney, but of course that can be expensive.
If you are talking about the past due mortgage payments, there probably hidden fees you were not disclosed and that could be the reason. They are not the smartest bank in the world. People have been foreclosed on by mistake. Call and ask for a payoff of the mortgage or a payoff of the past due. You need to make sure you paid in full and they recorded correctly.
Never be afraid to ask for a manager if you are not getting answers. The attorney general is always a good bet as well.
Good Luck!
