Mortgage restructuring is same as mortgage modification. It will be better if you could contact your own lender and apply for a loan modification rather than taking the help of a third party. Your lender will be the best person to help you in this matter. Apart from that, if you contact your lender for a loan modification you may be able to avoid the fees and charges that you will have to pay to the third party.
