I am buying a house. The seller wants to sell it off but his parents are not ready to move out of the property. If I buy the house, what type of rights do they have on the property? Can they legally stay in the house?
Hi Biron,
If the parents of the seller do not have their names mentioned on the property deed or a life estate rights on the property, then they will not be able to stay in the property legally.
Take care

Welcome Biron,
Once you legally become the owner of the property, they will not be able to stay in the property.
