My mother-in-law has owned a house for 5 years. My wife's name is also on the deed. My mother-in-law has Alzheimer's and needs to go to an assisted living arrangement. Finances are such that there is no money for the move she needs until her house is sold. The value of the house has dropped in her 5 years of ownership. Selling the house will obviously take time. We really don't know what our best course of action should be. Help and ideas would be appreciated. Thanks so much.
Hi Guest,
You should list the property in the market immediately in order to check out whether or not you can get buyers for the property. You can even contact the local brokers in order to sell off the property.
