Self employed loans.

I've been self employed for 2 year and before this I was a student for 6 years. I work in a group business, so someone else pays the bills, mortgage etc and I take a percentage of what I earn. I have some money from family but ideally want my own money from a bank. Does anyone know anywhere that would even entertain a self-employed person with only 2 yr books?
Hi dustinggs!

Welcome to forums!

It might be difficult for you to qualify for a loan as you're self employed. Nevertheless, you should contact the local financial institutions and credit unions in order to get mortgage. This community, too, has a large number of lenders. You can seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from them and check out if anyone here can help you in this regard.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Every lender does mortgages for self employed two years or longer

If you can document your income, you can purchase wirh as little as 3.5% down payment.

If you can not document your income, you will need around a 35% to 4o% down payment.
