if i am single and self employed and i cannot afford my house payment along with all of my other bills. what is the fastest and best way for me to get a loan modification and do i qualify for such?

Hi chrismcgregor,
You will have to contact your lender and apply for a loan modification. You will have to submit your financial details and write a hardship letter for the same. The lender will go through it and let you know whether or not you qualify for a loan modification. However, it will take quite sometime to get a permanent modification.
