If you have a judgement against you but not your property, how can you sell the property? The title company will not issue a title policy for it. Can someone purchase it without the title policy? Can they pay cash for it? Will a bank loan on it without a title policy?
Hi mreyn!
Welcome to forums!
Logically speaking, no one would purchase the property without a title policy. Moreover, a bank will never give loan to buyer if the property does not have a title policy. You'll have to remove the judgment and then sell off the property.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
