my mortgage co. told me they would settle a home equity loan for a 5,900.do they have to settle if they told me they would?
Hi Guest,
If the lender has signed an agreement with you to settle the home equity loan for $5,900, then they are bound to do this. If it's a verbal agreement without any proof, then it's not mandatory for them to settle the dues.
Thanks
