I need a short payoff lender. My current lender will not offer short refinancing for being behind on payments. Can somone put me in contact with a lender?

as you're behind on your mortgage payments, other lenders will not be ready to offer you a short refinance. you will have to negotiate with your present lender and convince him to offer you a short refinance.

If you find someone who will refinance your home, you will have to pay the diff between your refinance amount and your current loan balance. So, I would look into the DU Refi Plus program. If your loan balance is up to 125% of the value of the home...you may qualify.
