I entered into a short lase agreement with my mortgage co, for 1st 3 months I ageed to pay 695.00 mo , but after 3 months mortgage co want's me to pay 1300montly, no sale yet ,I have 1 more month to pay 695.00 , I 'm thinking of asking to do deed in leiu , because if I can afford to pay 1300 a month , i would not be doing short sales , do you think thay would agree ?

It will be completely the lender's discretion whether or not they would accept your request for a deed in lieu of foreclosure. You should be delinquent on your mortgage payments if you want your lender to accept your request.
