do i take my matching appliances?
Hi,
You can take your appliances, I believe. You have short sold your house, not your appliances. The appliances are part of your personal property and you can take them with you.

your appliance desires should have been made known before the sale took place - does your buyer expect to have appliances in place when taking occupancy?
It fell out of escrow twice, but the real estate lady who is taking care of selling the property told me I wasn't aloud to take any appliaces with me.
well, gabby, i think you're not going to be able to take them, then. the buyer undoubtedly assumed that the appliances were part of the deal. you should specifically state in a contract what stays and what goes when you're selling, so that there would be no question. in my experience, appliances are typically part of the purchase. the last house i sold had a brand-new refrigerator in it; i would have loved not to have to left the house without one, but it was taken for granted that a refrigerator would be included.
