recently i short sale one of my house and moved to my second house. i have 2 mortgages from different bank
they both say they are not filinhg for deficency in future
i took this step because they put me to foreclosure process
i did not check on the note if they do have actual note
and their servicer company agreement
i m requesting note now if do not have note can i claim my monies (short sale price0 back to me and how i will do that if answer is yes

If your lenders do not own the note, then you may be able to take legal actions against the lenders. You should contact an attorney and take his opinion in this matter.
