I'm looking at a house which has been on the market since last summer. Anyone know if this process could be a li'l bit easy since there's only one bank involved? Thanks for the info or help
Hi Kismet,
Yes, the short sale process could be easy for you as there is only one lender involved in it. You and the seller should negotiate with the lender and try to sort out the matter asap.
Thanks

Welcome Kismet,
Short sale process becomes easier when there is one bank involved in the process. You will have to negotiate with only one lender in order to buy the property.
